Service Process

Four steps from enquiry to report

  1. 1

    Enquiry and quotation.

Provide unit address and saleable area; we calculate the quote based on HK$4.5 per square foot and a minimum fee.

  2. 2

    Confirm appointment.

Pay the deposit to confirm the date and confirm entry arrangements with the developer or landlord.

  3. 3

    On-site property inspection.

Generally takes about 2 to 4 hours depending on the unit size and condition; the property inspector will explain findings on site.

  4. 4

    Electronic report.

Organize defect locations and inspection results, and provide an electronic property inspection report without photos, to facilitate your follow-up with the developer or contractor.

After receiving the report, you can present defects to the developer or contractor based on the issue locations and inspection results; after repairs are complete, you can make a separate appointment for reinspection.
