Services Overview

Inspection Services

Four types of units, one standard set of 15 inspection criteria and electronic report, with key points adjusted according to the unit's condition.

Second-hand vs. Older properties: How should I choose?

Second-hand property inspections focus on the current condition of the unit during the transaction and handover stage; older property inspections focus on the advanced building age and visible signs of aging. The two can overlap. When inquiring, please provide the building age, current usage, and purpose of inspection, and we will confirm the scope based on actual needs. Post-renovation inspections focus on the visible craftsmanship and operational condition of the completed works.

Which inspection suits a new, resale, older or renovated home?

Choose according to what needs checking, not age alone. An older flat may also be at resale completion or after renovation. Explain the transaction stage, works status, equipment and accessible areas together so appropriate arrangements can be confirmed.
